Won’t work.


And if Brooks was out on parole a DUI would most likely a violation of his probation and he would be put back into the ‘big house’. hence, that was Brooks’ motivation to escape.

If had run away and the cops picked him up the next day, there would have been no proof that he was indeed intoxicated.

Still trying to confirm that Brooks was indeed the same Rayshard Brooks who was paroled Jan 29 2020.
