McCabe lied, but they chose not to charge because he claimed that he had the authority to leak as the Deputy Director. However, he did leak to the media (a felony) and he lied to OIG about it (a felony).
They let him walk.
An FBI attorney altered an email from the CIA saying Page was a cooperating citizen in good standing. The attorney altered it to state he was not and he forwarded it and it was incorporated into the FISA warrant.
He has yet to be charged.
The old creep on the Senate Intel committee was sleeping with a young reporter and leaked classified information to her.
He got a slap on the wrist.
The Awan brothers looted the congressional email system and likely gave intelligence information to a foreign power. They committed fraud with IT funds for congress.
They got a slap on the wrist.
Hillary’s staff got immunity and she got off scot-free. Trump associates were framed and aggressively pursued with early morning SWAT raids and media leaks.
It is frustrating and I agree. Start putting the bracelets on some people and others will start talking, but until that happens it is nothing more than the Lindsey Graham treatment.
Lots of talk and no action.
If they indict one, they’ve got to indict all. Do you not understand the severity of this situation? This goes all the way to Obama, we know that for a fact.
