All those emergency edicts issued to keep the medical services from being overwhelmed have proven to be overkill. Hospitals have become ghost towns and are going broke.

Time to let people have a say in this. The stated emergency has passed. No more one person decrees. If restrictions are to be imposed they should be done through the regular legislative process.

Yep. The first time 14 days made sense to watch hospital capacities and learn what was going on. A thug after that should have required the legislature and business leaders to get involved on how to stay open safely.
