I also wonder about all the folks getting them new "wonder drugs" where having clear skin and arthritis relief opens them to a LOT of potentially fatal side effects because they suppress the immune system.
I bet we have to wait a loooong time to see a study on that.

I’m one of them folks. My rheumatologist told me to keep my zinc and vitamin d levels up. he also mentioned vitamin c of course, but wasn’t too worried about that.
