It was pretty egregious because not only did the edit out the important part of what Barr said but then Todd came on and specifically said that Barr did NOT say those things.
Selective editing could be hand waved, cutting out his words and then saying he never said them and making that the premise of your segment is, well, that's yellow journalism. Period.

Here’s my idea on how to stop this. Price it as an in-kind campaign contribution to the DNC charged to FChuck. Gee, did he violate campaign finance regulations? Let the indictments begin. And make him declare the total amount of contributions at the start of every program.
