But tracking will help a lot supposedly right? How will they know who had it or has it? How will they input that data? It sounds like they are making the assumption that everyone has a cell phone attached at the hip. Mine will be spending a lot more time at home all lonely and stuff. Are HIPPA laws now cast aside?
