Wasn’t Tyson the puke that bankrolled Clinton?

= = = =

...
Under the guidance of an attorney representing Tyson Foods, Hillary Clinton made a $98,540 profit from a $1,000 initial investment in less than one year trading commodity futures. While $98,540 may not seem like much money relative to the Clinton family’s wealth today, it exceeded Bill and Hillary’s combined annual income at the time.....

Today, Tyson Foods is a multi-billion dollar company and the largest meat processor in the nation. Currently based out of Springdale, Arkansas, Tyson operates a private trucking fleet of nearly 1,000 trucks and over 2,100 refrigerated trailers carrying approximately 15,500 loads each week.

What’s going to happen to these 1,000s of truck drivers??

From their wiki...

...Religious activities[edit]
In addition to placing 128 part-time chaplains (including both Protestant and Catholic Christians and Muslim Imams) in 78 Tyson plants,[35] in 2006 the company invited their customers to download a prayer book, containing prayers from many faiths, including Christianity, Judaism, Islam, and American Indian spirituality, from the company’s website to read during mealtime.[36][37]

Position on cuts to federal food assistance[edit]
Tyson Foods has made political donations to both major parties.[33]

Tyson “pledged to invest $50 million by 2020 in various efforts to fight food insecurity” in 2015. The company exceeded that goal, with contributions of over $60 million to start the year 2020.[69] However, it has also “pledged hundreds of thousands in campaign contributions to the Republican Party, whose leaders aim to gut federal spending on food aid.” It is not clear that Tyson’s philanthropic efforts could be sufficient to compensate for “between 500,000 and 1 million people” removed from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program in 2017.[33]

I don’t recall bankrolling ecactly. IIRC, Tyson and Clinton had an unholy and unethical relationship involving state inmates being sent to work for Tyson for little or no money. I could be totally wrong, but my head hard drive sort-of recalls that.
