Go to the article and scroll down to see the graph Whitmer used to show the dramatic difference her stay at home order has made happen. Study the Y axis of the graph and the numbers. It's obviously falsified and made to look much different than if the scale was accurately portrayed.

Moving the goalposts. We had to “flatten the curve”. Fine. Outside greater NYC there is NO chance of the hospital system being overwhelmed. Now we are hearing “until there is a vaccine”, “until no one gets it ever again” and “ we have to know exactly how much we have” (without saying “how much” is the threshold we are seeking). This is nonsense.

Mass testing is needed to open the economy. Taiwan knows that. Why Trump hasn’t made it his top priority I don’t know

Businesses will be demanding it before they let customers and employees back. Otherwise they’re risking lawsuits if they let the virus be spread on their premises.

The exact same thing Trump’s reopening plan says.

I have no idea why the administration slept on ramping up testing for so long.

Same evil idiotic mindset

There is (was?) a recall petition for this witch. I wonder how that’s going...

She’s right, IMHO. We need mass testing to make a decision.

Risking lawsuits if they demand one be tested before shopping somewhere!

This is nonsense.

No it’s not. The sports commissioners have said they can’t let fans back into stadiums unless they can be tested , so the stadiums don’t become like the princess cruise ship

Without a way for people to get tested easily, the economy is going to stay closed whatever the governors want, because many people will be fearful about going to restaurants, stores, and sport events. Just as nobody with any sense would go on a cruise if he didn’t know that the other passengers are not carrying the virus.

Taiwan does mass testing to keep its economy open

Testing is not nonsense

Because it would take years to test 300 plus million people?

I live in a rural area and go in and out of a Lowe’s, and a Tractor Supply every day. The only difference is that a few people are wearing masks.

I don’t see those companies demanding it. I suppose that companies could make a decision to stay closed, as opposed to “demanding” things as you suggest. . .

Care to comment on keeping your own business closed vs demanding everyone do things your way?

She's looking for a fight.

The rest is just tedious narrative sockpuppetry.

Biden's campaign is testing this angle in Michigan, that's all this is and all it will ever be. They know it's likely to hurt her chances for her own re-election, but hey, a free sandbox to test something you'd have to pay a study group for is unmatched.

Baloney. Fauci himself explained why mass testing is completely useless. With a pathogen that appears to be highly contagious through casual contact, testing only tells you if a person is infected at a single point in time. Someone could test negative today and get infected tomorrow, so unless you’re testing people continuously it makes no sense to test people at all unless they are symptomatic or working in sensitive environments.

Yes.. you are right. Close everything until all 360M people are tested.

And then keep it closed until they are tested again and again...because, they could get infected the day after they were tested.

In summary...let’s just shut down forever...it’s the safe option. It’s for the children.

As expected Half Wit and the rest of the rats are going to use the testing shield to delay opening indefinitely. Hiding behind that they can drag this out until November easily. The testing can go on forever.

If she was actually serious, she would be for random serological antibody testing for the virus, to see who had it in the past, as well as who currently has it.
