ATLANTA, April 8, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Sixty-five percent physicians across the United States said they would prescribe the anti-malaria drugs chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine to treat or prevent COVID-19 in a family member, according to a new survey released today by Jackson & Coker, one of the country's largest physician staffing firms.
Only 11 percent said they would not use the drug at all.
Meanwhile, 30 percent of the surveyed doctors said they would prescribe the medications to a family member prior to the onset of symptoms if they had been exposed to COVID-19, a highly contagious virus that causes a pneumonia-like infection of the lungs.
"Working in healthcare, we've learned the best way to get a candid perspective on treatment options from a physician is to ask: 'Would you give this to your family?'" said Tim Fischer, President of Jackson & Coker. "Families across the U.S. and the world really want to know what they can do to protect and save their loved ones."
Jackson & Coker conducted the survey of 1,271 physicians from 50 states from April 4 to April 7. It conducted the survey not to influence the debate in treating patients with anti-malarials but to make sure the voice of physicians is represented. It has a margin of error of +/- 3 percent with a 95 percent confidence level of the doctors surveyed

We all know the 97% number was bogus to begin with, but it is only an opinion, even if it were true. Leftists swear but it yet cannot and will never prove it.
This physician study on HCL also reveals that 30% of doctors would offer the drug as a prophylactic. The earlier the better! These are opinions after treating patients and direct observation. This is hands-on knowledge that creates this opinion and that should be respected.
More disturbing that 35% say that they would not.
Hmmmm, the media says “A”.
A good many physicians and politicians (guess the party) say “B”.
Who to believe, who to believe?
The other 35% would take it but not tell anyone.
Maybe they don’t like their families?
Of that 35%, 24% said they needed more data, and 11% said a clear no.
So it can be as high as 89%.
LOL!!! GMTA!
35% are lying saying they wouldn’t knowing it might give PDJT some credit. They;d rather die and allow their entire family die instead. That’s the problem with untreated TDS imploding to utter madness as it has for so many.
Thirty five percent have a mother in law.
Oops, messed up that post so badly that I could be a studies or a journalism major.
Let’s try again:
Hmmmm, the media and politicians (guess the party) say A.
A good many physicians say B.
Who to believe, who to believe?
I bet one of that 35% is that one dentist that doesn’t recommend Crest.
100% of doctors would prescribe hydroxychloroquine to family members for the corona virus, but only 65% will admit it. The other 35% suffer from TDS.
So I think the real number is 100-11=89% instead of 65%. The others are like a judge who doesn't want to opine on a case until it's before him.
Good to know.
1. “Would you give this (or do this or refer that other doctor) to your family?” should always be asked when in doubt ...
2. Looks like the concerted effort by the evil stream media (and the FDA, NIH & CDC) to discredit this treatment has failed to take root amongst the medical community ... thank God for the Internet!
3. Remember that 50% of doctors graduated in the bottom half of their class when choosing your doctors ...
“65 Percent of Physicians Would Give Anti-Malaria Drugs to Their Own Family for Covid 19”
So would the governors of Nevada and Michigan..but then not let anyone else have it.
