As far back as late November, U.S. intelligence officials were warning that a contagion was sweeping through China’s Wuhan region, changing the patterns of life and business and posing a threat to the population, according to four sources briefed on the secret reporting.
Concerns about what is now known to be the novel coronavirus pandemic were detailed in a November intelligence report by the military's National Center for Medical Intelligence (NCMI), according to two officials familiar with the document’s contents.
The report was the result of analysis of wire and computer intercepts, coupled with satellite images. It raised alarms because an out-of-control disease would pose a serious threat to U.S. forces in Asia -- forces that depend on the NCMI’s work. And it paints a picture of an American government that could have ramped up mitigation and containment efforts far earlier to prepare for a crisis poised to come home.
"Analysts concluded it could be a cataclysmic event," one of the sources said of the NCMI’s report. "It was then briefed multiple times to" the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Pentagon’s Joint Staff and the White House. OK, let's get a grip.
The White House gets daily briefings on any number of topics each day.
Some are clearly relevant to the news of the day such as Russian troops moving into Syria.
Others are mentions of things going on around the world and may or may not be relevant at the moment or could become relevant later.
So in November some people noticed chatter about an outbreak "in Asia".
Was it relevant? Well, it was worth including in a briefing.
Did anyone know it would become a pandemic? Well, anyone can speculate about anything; especially in hindsight.
This reminds me of the levee breaking in New Orleans and someone pointed to a 20 year old report the levee could be in danger of failing during a large hurricane.
Hind sight is 20/20.

Adam Schiff is the head of the House intelligence committee. If this came through the nation’s intelligence community, Schiff knew. And yet, the House pushed forward with impeachment while a crisis loomed.
Did Schiff know? He’s the House Intelligence Chairman.
Did Pelosi know? If so, why did she ask people to go out to dinner in Chinatown?
Did Schumer know? If so, why didn’t he stop the parades and festivals in New York?

Yet if you look at Web Archive, ABC News’ headlines in November dealt with urgent topics such as the Democrat debates, China’s trade threats, and Schiff, Biden, and the Ukraine. People who believe in Newzak are either retarded or have other mental health issues that current therapies are not able to address adequately.
Pretty sure he knew in July when he decided to send the virus to china to start the whole thing, blame china and use that to raise tarrifs. No? So that report this morning from NBC had 2 sources. This one has 4 sources. What is the deal? 2 made up sources were not enough? They had to make up 2 more?

Yes, this is part of the developing narrative that Trump was slow to react to clear warnings that this virus was a threat to us.
This is the same damn playbook, used by lliberals such as Michael Moore, that Bush ignored warnings of 9-11. Moore’s evidence was a presidential daily briefing that bin Laden and his people wanted to hijack airplanes. Moore and liberals jumped on that to imply that Bush ignored clear warnings of what was about to happen.
This is the same playbook. They will run with this and say Trump ignored warnings. Maybe Michael Moore will make a.movie on that theme someday.
OTOH it does provide evidence that factions in the CCP might have been playing politics to ensure blame was assigned to their rivals rather than take care of business.
