AUSTIN, Texas (CBSDFW.COM/CBS NEWS) – A federal judge halted Texas’s temporary ban on abortion on Monday afternoon, allowing the procedure to resume despite the state’s suspension of “non-essential” procedures, which explicitly included pregnancy termination.
Judge Lee Yeakel wrote in the nine-page court filing that Texas’s directive to ban the procedure would cause patients to “suffer serious and irreparable harm.”

Yeakel’s there “go to guy” on abortion issues. If this stands,any order given by the Governor is subject to judicial review.
Texas should stand up against this ruling.

Some day they’ll find out God exists, that He is the creator then they’ll know they’re wrong.

Trump just blew off a question about abortions killing babies at PP, when the money could be used to help the pandemic. He had a chance to really stand up for life, but was stumped by the question and didn’t really know how to answer it.
Federal judge has no standing. No constitutional protection for abortion.
