We just haven’t seen much sunshine.Suggest the Sunshine vitamin D3 (>5000IU and (10,000IU for a short few days)). Do a search on the benefits. Will assist/boost your immune system, and elevates your well being (combats SAD).
As for another UV rays application...I have installed an air purifier with UV light on my HVAC.
