OLYMPIA, Wash. — Washington Gov. Jay Inslee on Monday ordered non-essential businesses to close and the state’s more than 7 million residents to stay home unless necessary in order to slow the spread of COVID-19.
The stay-at-home order will remain in place through April 6. It expands previous actions taken by Inslee last week that ordered the statewide closure of bars, dine-in restaurants, and entertainment and recreation facilities and banned large gatherings. Several other states had already issued similar orders, including California, New York and Oregon.

Yep. You’d be crazy to buy property until this Wu Flu Panic shakes out. Probably a year or more. New built homes in my area of Florida lost near half their value in 2008. Something like that is most likely in the cards again due to the economic terrorism inflicted on us.
It has been a rental for the last 4 years. Goal was to cash out. It is literally getting staged right now.
He should have done that 3 weeks ago - that was a hot spot.
