The method of killing the virus replication is not a thing viruses can do to become resistant. Watch the video I linked to, starting at minute 1:40 ... zinc in the infected cell destroys the RNA replication cycle of the virus, after the hydroxychloroquine makes a gate for the xinc to enter through the cell wall and have access to the internal where the viron is seeking to have the cell replicate virus RNA to DNA. That vulnerability of viruses is outside of mutation change potential since the way all viruses proliferate in the mammalian body is by tricking the cells to make more virus. The zinc stops that process/step.

East Germany had tons of BCG vaccine and lots of time to experiment? I don't know.

It does look like the vaccine market is being worked to exploit. Maybe Oz was doing a soft intro of the subject.
