Sigh. New York bar going to take his law license away? I doubt it, and if it did, so what? Is Schumer practicing law anywhere?
As for expulsion from the Senate, it would require 2/3rds of the Senate to do it. And if they did, who do you suppose Governor Cuomo would appoint to fill the empty Senate seat? Charles Schumer comes to mind as the likely choice.
