YOu dont think Iran would want a bioweapon? YOu dont think Chinese want one?
So if you can conceive that they both want one...why not collude???
They just did an energy deal several months ago that got people up in arms that Iran would become subservient to China. China required 5000 people to be put in Iran as security to oversee the deal.
