I checked both the Seattle Times and the Metro Bus website, and there’s nothing about mass transit being shut down in Seattle. I think it’s a misunderstanding by someone, or fake news.

I just got back from a run downtown to drop some documents at my office. My office was open and mass transit was running, both in Seattle downtown and just north of Seattle where I live.

The Nordstrom Rack where I had to make some returns was open and crowded.
