It’s Cabeza de Baca, which means “cows head”.
Probably from an ignorant family, who misspelled Vaca, which is the word for cow in Spanish.
They butchered the name even more by abbreviating Cabeza.
She’s not black. Mostly Mexican, more accurately a mutt.

I want to know how people can make such threats and not have law enforcement investigating them. We all know what would happen if a Republican did that. 24/7 news coverage, demands for resignation, prison, smearing the whole party with their crime. Demonrat does it ? Nothing.
If I didn’t know better, it sounds like a Criminal Terrorist Threat to me and I hope the FBI is Investigating this.
