If Bernie is the Democrat nominee the Carville strategy its the economy stupid will prevail. I dont think the middle class, the Mom and Pop business, Hollywood, big tech, big business folks want confiscatory taxes on their earnings. They will IMO hold their collective noses and vote for the practical, smart Republican candidate, President Donald Trump.

No, sadly. But I think we have a shot at NJ and a few other surprises.

Bill Clinton couldn’t win in California today either. The state has changed that much.

This is the state that voted itself a gas tax increase.
I have virtually no hope for the California electorate.

No Repube will ever win in California again. There are too many trunks to find ballot boxes in just to make sure.

I just don’t see any trend or evidence of NY or CA becoming less socialist. They are still moving away from us at an alarming rate. It’s sad but that’s where we are. Those states are gone.

Trump might have a chance if he goes to LA and SF and takes a dump in the street like everybody else . . . you know. . . assimilate and be one of them for just a bit . . . . /sarc
That & carry around the likeness of the severed bloody heads of Pelosi & Feinstein for comedic relief. : )

Democrat voters in California have no understanding of the principles of cause and effect. Thus no matter how much they are screwed by the Democrats in Sacramento, they will still continue to vote for the Democrats in Sacramento.

Jesus Christ couldn’t win California today considering the voter makeup.

Hillary won 61-31 in 2016.
That difference accounts for the entire country’s popular vote difference.
