The answer to the question is NO. democrats are stupid. No matter what their stupid and insane reps do the Democrat party base will still screech “Trump must go” spraying spittle all the time. When their collective stupidity has them all fighting for space under overpasses they will still vote Democrat.

Exactly. Winning California would be nothing short of a miracle. It won’t happen, but a better than expected showing for Trump could help get back some House seats. I’m thinking of a couple in Orange County that the RATs stole two years ago!

Does SF media score well in Sacramento ? And LA media in San Diego ?

The central valley would go R...so if the 2 monster media markets reach 20 million voters in the capital and the coasts it could be done.

SD and SAC have established media, but how much leaks in from LA and SF is the question. This issue would win millions of ‘earned’ advertising.

Not going to happen. California is conquered territory.

Sorry. California is lost forever.
Mexico should just annex the State.

C'mon...let's be realistic here.Kalifornia is lost.

LOST...LOST...LOST!

IMO the President will almost certainly carry every state he carried in '16 and could well pick up one or two more...perhaps New Hampshire and Minnesota.

To expect anything more is delusional.

CA demographics have changed from the 70s and 80s where it was like the nation about 70% white. Now it is under 50%. White liberals are largely a myth (ok about 20-25%) but In CA, the Hispanic Population is now about 40-45% (and yes fueled by illegal immigrants and higher birth rate )and African American 12-13%. So you have 40-45% who routinely vote 70% Dem and 12% who vote 92% Dem. same as around the nation

run those numbes in CA against demogrpahics and right away you have 42% of the vote for Dems-there are still more conservatives in the state of CA than any other state but Texas (due to size) but are swamped by the block voting Dems get from Blacks and Hispanics-cant’ say minorities as they are now the majority in the state

This demographic shift and resulting voting trend is what is going on in early stages in Nevada, Az, Fl and now Texas. Colorado is now over 20% Hispanic and now a dem state, Nevada over 29% and voting solidly blue. I believe this is why the dems are for illegal immigration-it gets them votes and power.

The way to win California is to win the mythical national popular vote and then force them to live up to their stupid national popular vote initiatives.

Sorry, that ship has sailed. A lot of people already voted with their feet, making the wacko state even wackier.

“Trump might have a chance if he goes to LA and SF and takes a dump in the street like everybody else . . . you know. . . assimilate and be one of them for just a bit . . . . /sarc”

I like the way you think! I might be enough if President Trump just says/tweets “You know, I have always wanted to take a dump in the street without fear of arrest. Maybe the next time that I am in Pelosi’s town of San Francisco I’lll drop a deuce on the street in front of her house.”

At one time, Sf media was big in Sacramento. Much less now. Same comment for LA media in San Diego. Much less now. SacredTomato and San Diego have their own big media now. So camping ad buys would be needed in all four major markets. Plus many smaller markets (Fresno city itself has a half million residents , etc). Another Problem is that almost all the cal mass media is hardcore commie leftist. ( Ok maybe the San Diego union tribune doesn’t so qualify.). So they pump pro- Bernie almost all the time. It would take lots of ads and rallies to overcome such intense brainwashing

“...we must postpone our current plans for the March 2020 production of Dame Ethel Smyth’s ‘The Wreckers.’”

This opera is NOT about the California legislature, by the way.
