With Sanders as the nominee.. And the defacto “head” of the party.
Where do the donors come from?
Insurance Co’s, that he wants to destroy?
Wall Street and all of the financial Co’s who he wants to destroy?
Rich people that he wants to take all of their money away?
Damned if they do, and damned if they don’t.

To be honest, the DNC has been suffering a slow rot for a long time. “Burning it down” because of Bernie, is a little dramatic.
This is what happens when you let an Independent run on your ticket.
This just gets better every day.
Bernie has to win on the first ballot or not at all—so he has to pick Warren as his VP before the convention.
He will have no choice—and the DNC will not be able to prevent that from happening without means too radical for the establishment media to acknowledge...
(hint,hint—kill him and blame a “lone nut”—aka low level CIA agent—with “allegiance to Russia”, just like they did with JFK, then have the Deep State “Commission” “investigate” their own murder plot)
When people claim that Sanders’ rise is not really that big of a deal and that he’s not as extreme as he’s being painted, they should read this NYT report carefully. Democrats aren’t making these kinds of plans over someone who’s just a skosh off their center. They know Sanders better than most, and they’re outright scared of putting him within voting range of the White House, enough to burn the party to the ground to stop it. That tells us all we need to know about Sanders.
Trump was in many respects a “oh, Hell no!” vote against the Deep State.
Sanders represents a “Hell yes!” vote for everything the Left has been working for but was too Menshevik in temperament to seek to get all at once, preferring to kill with a thousand cuts.
This is Obama’s legacy, not the rise of Bolsheviks but the end of many socialists pretending they’re not socialists ... or in Bernie’s case him ceasing to pretend he’s an independent when he’s always been with the far Left of the DNC.
I want to suggest again that any patriot living in an open primary state should vote for Bernie since President Trump has it in the bag. If we could get Bernie enough primary votes to make him the clear demwit winner we would assure not only President Trumps reelection but likely regain the house and pick up some senate seats. Wouldn’t it be nice too send Pelosi packing and be able to tell Romney and a few other RINO senators to STFU? Lets do it and get Bernie over the line!
If the Dem party had any concern at any time about Bernie, they would not have allowed him to caucus with or run as - a democrat. He's not a member of the democrat party.
The democrat party splitting along socialist/communist and non-socialist/communist lines could be an answer to prayer.
Most Dems know that voting for Sanders is a waste.

Even if he got elected he would get literally no cooperation from Congress.

The Dem nominee has to have Never Trumper crossover votes to beat Trump. Never Trumpers will stay home rather than vote for Sanders.

Well, the GOP Establishment voluntarily surrendered their House majority just to try to stop Trump - so there is precedent.

Bill Kristol may even change parties again.
Either direction the democrats go is a win for conservatives, so I see no downside to this. Just makes Trump’s re-election easier.
However, don’t get complacent. I will still be working the phones on election day to get out the vote for Trump like I did in 2016.
I want to see the Dems sink Sanders, and him go third party and really wipe out the Dems.
Strategically, their move, if Bernie has the majority of votes, is to just throw in the towel - let him secure the nomination, grab some token black woman to decorate his ticket, and send them both out to absorb the electoral slaughter. Trump will win 45 or so states, but it will teach the hard socialist left in the party to STFU.
I hope they don't take my advice though. Rip it apart.
