Sure it does.
The sentence was excessive. The foreman had some bias. Is it enough to get the verdict overturned? maybe.
But that's not mutually exclusive with Stone being a jackass.
Forget the sentence, the trial was riggwd.
The jury was tainted.
The verdict should be tossed.
The judge, too.
She apparently lied when asked if she had any political bias, so she would pass inspection to be a juror. That's okay?

Stone is a jackass, but the selective prosecution and the egregious behavior of the judge, the prosecutors and the foreman of the jury can’t be justified because he’s a jackass.

Being a jackass is not a reason for being thrown in jail or to convict. The real issue with this is the double standard — Stone gets a jail sentence while Comey, Strok, Brennan, Clapper, McCabe and others not only don’t get jail time, but don’t even get charged. That’s the issue, a corrupt, double standard legal system.
May every person dissing Roger Stone, suffer the same nightmare BS justice in our federal courts!
