No. He didn't go there to speak for the US Govt.
He was there to ensure the loose ends (relatives of US Politicians having NO SHOW, Astronomical PAY jobs as part of a bribery scam) were taken care of.
Joe Biden wasn't the only one who had that scam going, nor was Ukraine the only country where it occurred.
Matter of fact, the only countries that didn't have a 'deal' like that going with US Pols were the countries that that didn't have any corrupt politicians of their own to make such deals.
Sounds right... We should look at every corrupt third world country that receives 'help' from the US... then look for US thugs on the take...
