Andrew Napolitano, who is hardly a cheerleader for Team Trump, told Tucker Carlson Thursday evening that Tomeka Hart, the woman who served as foreperson on the jury during Roger Stone's trial, could face jail time if it's determined she lied about her bias when she was selected to serve on the jury....
....Tomeka Hart's Twitter page, which hasn't been active since November 2019, is full of anti-Trump tweets and links. It's obvious this woman was a hardcore partisan who was set on convicting Stone and lied in order to get on the jury to ensure that happened.

This is the problem that we will face trying to prosecute anyone in DC. The jury pool is the same as the swamp.
Apparently Napolitano doesn’t realize she’s a Democrat.
I'm so sick of this BS. Nobody is going to jail except Trump supporters.
This is infernal.
Ohpleaseohpleaseohpleaseohplease.....
Napolitano should think before he speaks. Whatever random thoughts he has, he voices. He undoubtedly had abilities as a lawyer and judge, but this TV commentator gig isn’t playing to his strengths.
This isn’t going to happen in this case. It almost never happens in other cases across the nation, and there are thousands and thousands of jury trials every year.
Well I saw some credibility until andy’s name popped up.
She should serve not even one day less than Stone.
I think 2x his sentence would be appropriate.
Tomeka? Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm.
Nap being wrong as usual.
Even a broken clock is right twice a day ... just sayin
Agreed.
He is a poor excuse for a judge and now a supposed expert commentator.
And he is always wrong, even though he tries very hard to fit his opinions into the law.
If nothing else I’m sure this matter is certainly ripe for appeal if not outright mistrial.
Read Napolitano’s bio. He’s a nobody.
The woman is guilty, she lied etc. - she is never going to serve a day in prison.
It just won’t happen.
Trust, Sessions, trust Wray, trust Q, trust Lindsay’s yet to come hearings..... After all this trusting, I’m sure this lady gets charged.
Napolitano says...
There was a brief moment that meant something.
“she is never going to serve a day in prison.”
Not worth prosecuting, they are waiting for the BIG stuff!
They are always waiting for the big stuff.
Folks, nobody but Stone is going to jail. No DC prosecutor is going to bring charges against her, and the judge has never had a reason to suspend sentence arguments in any previous case. Stone will see jail time and not be allowed to remain free during the appeal. Trump will have to pardon, but doubtful that will happen until after the election.
