The Fed/Barr/Trump is not enforcing US Fed law against selling weed out in the open. Thus the states can have Sanctuaries for illegals, ignore ICE etc. You see there is no more law and the US is slowly being broken apart. Something russia, the PRCs, iran, the un and the eu are all rooting for!
