Being a Minnesotan, I can tell you that one of the most dangerous places on earth isn’t Syria or East St Louis.
It’s being between Amy Klobuchar and a reporter or TV camera.
And these people probably still have AOL and dial up internet. They are not technically savvy and trying to enter results in a smartphone app is like trying to launch the space shuttle. It's not like professional business people are running most caucus sites.
With that said, a caucus does serve a valuable purpose. It really isn't to pick the winners, it is to weed out the for sure losers, no matter the party.
