That ruling does not apply to a Senate trial. The Democrats should have gone to court in the House investigation. The record of the case was finalized when the House submitted it to the Senate. It’s now way past time for them to ask for more. They chose not to subpoena additional witnesses, so they lost their opportunity.

I agree, but the socialists could go to court and ask for a new ruling. My guess is that America’s globalist enemies would lose, since the Senate has the sole power to try impeachments, so the Senate majority should have the sole power to decide whether they want to call more witnesses.
