One of the basic, foundation principles of our country is Equal Protection Under the Law. That principle stands in ever arena of public life, EXCEPT for one. Under the present abortion law, the biological father has NO rights. If the mother decides to kill her baby, Daddy has no say. If the mother decides to keep the baby full-term, but the father does not want to be responsible for the child - too bad - pay child support under an order by the courts.

Yes, 100% agree with what you say. Why nobody has taken a child support case to the SCOTUS under this concept is something I do not understand.
