I’ll hesitate to comment until I get information from a source other than CBS News.

“Wilkes-Barre Township Police Chief Will Clark said firearms are not permitted inside the mall, but the altercation happened outside near Macys. The armed man had a concealed carry permit, and Clark said no charges will be filed against him.”

Pennsylvania is a concealed weapon state.
You threaten someone with bodily harm, you might just get shot.

Police say the man wearing the hat then pulled a gun out and pointed it at the ground, prompting the other man to flee the scene.
This needed to be highlighted. Without the gun, he may have been physically assaulted.
To: lowbridge
If situation is as described, the use of the firearm was appropriate self-defense.

Well, seems it worked out just like it should have.
If he was threatened, he had every right to pull his weapon out.
Good for him.

Given the leftard moron’s threats and actions, that’s exactly the way the incident should have played out.

(The above is not a statement of fact. It is either opinion or satire. Or both.)

According to the report the man was confronted, threatened and then assaulted when a mental case attempted to knock the hat off his head. All of this was unprovoked. Based on the report, that man had every right to protect/defend himself.

So of course the story focuses on the Trump guy, not the attacker/bully/coward.
