They learned that lesson with Sanders 2016. By all rights Sanders should have been the DNC nominee last time.

He’s not going to be the nominee this time precisely because he showed that when it matters he will not stand up to the election-riggers.

Exactly it doesn’t really matter who the D’s nominate, none of them can win the White House... what matters is down ballot.... and the further left the nominee is, the more down ballot the dems will lose and know it.

You can’t pretend to be a “moderate” in a swing district, when you have a presidential candidate out there talking about taking your guns, and your money, and giving away free everything...
