In a just world the judge would declare the litigants to be “fetuses” and the United States Supreme Court would uphold the ruling.
If states would pass laws making it illegal to sell or trade human fetus parts it would put an end to a lot of this.
I didn’t know until a pro-life person said so recently but she said the Planned Parenthood doctors and staff tend to be dangerously inept and “the worst doctors around.” Ill equipped for emergencies when they botch something.
I should have figured that out. So that means the much vaunted Dem “health and safety of the mother” is in danger. Along with
a baby being killed. Sick.
If the Republicans retake the House, I sure hope they don’t kick Planned Parenthood funding down the road again.
Kill it along with NPR, and PBS funding.
