This is not a breach of International law, but falls within the parameters of the International Rules of War involving the attack on and attempted destruction of United States Sovereignty.As such Gen. Qasem Soleimani perpetrated an act of war against the United States. His demise is justified.
Where does the UN get the idea that Sovereign Nations must submit to military based violation of their sovereignty? Also the Democrat party is weakening our country by saying that the president does not have the authority to order such a military response to an attack on US Sovereignty, when in fact President Trump is the Commander in Chief with full authority to order the military operation which responded to the violation of US Sovereignty by protecting US diplomatic and military personel and sovereign US property.The people will speak on this issue next November in support of President Trump.
