NYTimes slimingliar David "SoyBoy" Philipps: Special Operator 1st Class Corey Scott, a medic in the platoon, told the investigators: “You could tell he was perfectly OK with killing anybody that was moving.”

Also Corey Scott [of course, THIS didn't make it into the NYTimes hitpiece on Trump]:

SO1 Corey Scott, who was granted immunity to testify for the prosecution, stated in court on Thursday that he put his thumb over the wounded fighter's breathing tube after his capture in Mosul, Iraq, in 2017, resulting in the fighter's death.

Navy spokesman Brian O'Rourke confirmed to Task & Purpose that Scott testified on Thursday that he had asphyxiated the wounded ISIS fighter and was responsible for the man's death.

Scott reportedly said that he knew the fighter "was going to be turned over to the Iraqi forces and that he had previously seen those forces torture, rape and murder prisoners," NBC News reports.

"I knew he was going to die anyway," Scott said. "I wanted to save him from waking up to what had happened next."

Although Scott was a U.S. government witness, Scott was observed by Task & Purpose on Tuesday outside the courtroom talking and joking with Gallagher, who seemed friendly.

The man is out of the military and retired, yet the military leaks this information to the NY Times, it goes to show you how desperate they were to destroy Eddie Gallagher.

The article is only peripherally about Gallagher.

This is actually a Resistance attack on Trump. I went and checked the guy's Twitter feed [David "SoyBoy" Philipps], and it's covered with Resisters attacking Trump.

If those 7 really were making everything up wouldn’t you think 13 that refused to cooperate would have said something to protect Gallagher from false accusations?

The ones that dummied up knew what they were about:

An aside - I learned that "dummying up" is the way you deal with situations like this, ESPECIALLY when a "code" like the one above is involved.

I got a problem with Gallagher, I take care of it myself.

I'm digging around and getting a clearer picture of what went on.

The medic after being granted immunity falsely admitted it to protect Gallagher. And it worked. This is why prosecutors seldom grant immunity because then the immunized party falsely admits guilt.

Because Okeydoker was able to read the medic's mind, and saw clearly that it was a false admission.

You should have contacted the Navy prosecutors the minute you found that out from yer mind-readin', Okey. Of course, they were probably too busy with their dirty tricks...

OK, so you were taught this. I fail to see where the moral outrage comes from though. Killing a terrorist prisoner—which in any case he was not convicted of, a point you didn’t address—doesn’t evoke in me any kind of emotional response whatsoever. And why should it?
