Starts at 10AM ET, cameras rolling now.
Nye is no aye is yes
You don't make this much fuss without doing something.
Yellow belly just didnt vote. COWARD!
And the lower tier of Lib women looked like hostages voting yes except the obnoxious one that held up a Constitution pamphlet both times. Perhaps she should try reading it before she spat on it with her vote.
Rino Guy Reschenthaler voted YES ON IMPEACHMENT.
Only for people who talk funny :)
Can anyone post a list of the committee members votes? ... Please.
Not so difficult PREDICTION.
Trump will be impeached. Senate will vote along party lines for and against conviction(with a few democrats possibly going over to the exonerate side)
Nancy will say it wasnt a good idea but it wasnt her fault because she had to go with the flow.
Trump will win by a landslide. The republicans will gain the house. Senate will gain republican seats.
Buttwipe Marxists will March in The streets.
My only unsureness will be the next midterm election.
The Delusional Dems: Trump being Trump is an impeachable offense.
Seriously though, many think there are no constitutional limitations regarding impeachment. They are wrong. The Constitution says impeachment requires the one impeached must have committed a crime (U.S. Const., Art. II, Sec. 4).
Impeachment being a criminal proceeding puts impeachment in the cross-hairs of the Fourth and Fifth Amendments (4A & 5A) which prohibit UNREASONABLE searches and seizures, including investigations. Thus to launch a constitutional impeachment investigation, there must be at least particularized and articulatable reasonable suspicion (RS) of a crime being committed and to proceed at some point there must be probable cause (PC) of the crime being committed. Even a traffic stop requires RS. A cop can’t pull you over because he doesn’t like you or has a “hunch” you’ve committed a crime. The cop must have evidence that you have committed a particular violation that he can clearly articulate.
In this so-called impeachment case, Art. II, Sec. 4 doesn’t define necessarily what the crime must be, only that it is a crime. The Constitution leaves the definition of a crime up to Congress - the crime being charged is where the scope of impeachment is undefined by the Constitution. So if Trump has committed a crime that Congress has already legitimately and constitutionally legislated as a crime and there is RS and RS to investigate and proceed, then the impeachment proceedings are on solid constitutional grounds.
But what particular crime had the Delusional Dems found that they have clearly articulated to constitutionally justify an investigation of Trump? I know of none. They launched the investigation and proceeded to the impeachment process without articulating or clarifying any RS or PC of a crime, making this whole process unconstitutional and illegal.
Like the horrific Spanish Inquisition, the Delusional Dems impeachment investigation of Trump was launched at entirely will, ignoring the constitutional requirements and individual rights against such unjust government acts as reminded in the 4A & 5A. The Delusional Dems have proceeded as though America was a third-world dictatorship where government at will stomps on and entirely disregards the God-given rights and freedoms of the individual. Today Trump, tomorrow you and I.
The Delusional Dems have tried to make it easier to impeach a U.S. President than to make a traffic stop. After this debacle is over (soon I think), I hope these corrupt and delusional Dems are called to answer for THEIR unconstitutional and illegal acts in this whole affair. I say, “IMPEACH THE IMPEACHERS.”
He had to work very hard to get elected (narrowly) in Tim Murphy's old district; less so when he moved to the Keith Rofthus district in a wave election where GOP voters turned out like it was an off-year election whereas Dem voters turned out like it was a presidential election (2018).
1 - not voting
Do you know who that was? and did one Rino vote Yes....
I just listened for the clerks final report of numbers, and I don’t hear much
reporting now on one Republican voting Yes , which would be big news.
I will not watch and all the Reps should have left for home last night and given the Dims a collective F U!
Fox is making this out to be historic. “Third time in History”, blah, blah.
When Trump wins in a landslide next year will they say, “Historic! First time in history an impeached President has won re-election” ?
Of course they wont.
Huh? He’s a democrat, isn’t he from CA?
Stock market up 120 points... 28,250
I loved Louis Gomert.
But also, i am celebrating.
Its not often you see 23 Democrats paint targets on their very asses and bend over to get ready to take it .
That’s whats happened.
The ambush Kanagaroo Court of Nadler and Schiff will answer to President Trump in the Senate and to the People next November.
Believe me, it will be the same as the UK election last night, only much stronger: Trump will win 40 states.
Again, Nadler himself will be the biggest bend over boy of them all . To survive, the little plick will need many jars of Vaseline. Ambushing little bugger, no bill, there are no facts to support any of it. The little plick has presided over a propaganda Kangaroo Court to hoodwink America.
The light of truth will become a laser of light, eviscerating all of these Kanagaroo Court radicals. And who will wield such a sword? Well who is wielding it now, and always has......President Donald Trump.
Why do they have to vote?
They can pull their usual stunt and “deem” that the impeachment passed.
One Democrat, Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.), was absent after undergoing an
unexpected medical procedure earlier in the week.
Perhaps it will stop when some people go to jail. But Im not holding my breath.
#ImpeachTheDemocrats
Looks like he is going to do what he is told now.
