Who in their right mind would sit in a 360 mile long traffic jam?I'm guessing this is a cumulative metro Paris number. On the other hand, they might just be stuck and not able to get out.

It’s not a straight line traffic jam. If you go to Google Maps right now (4:00 pm Paris time), every highway in and around Paris is red, the entire city is jammed up for this evening’s commute.
