That’s a little like the Mayor of San Francisco blocking national policy. A US District judge should have no authority at all outside of his district. A ruling like this should be laughed at.
At his recent Federalist Society speech, Bill Barr was all over this lowest federal court nonsense (over 600 judges) of issuing nationwide injunctions.
Of course, John Roberts or Congress could put the kibash on these outrages . . . but never will.
The God-like power of Scotus, developed since the 1930s, now extends to every blackrobe.
