President Dwight D. Eisenhower did not know how right he was when he warned the country about the growing influence of the “ industrial military complex.” That was almost 60 years ago.
Eisenhower was concerned about the developing and detrimental impact on the country coming from the growing influence of the informal partnership between the military and huge corporations, many of which supplied it, or otherwise influenced U. S. policy.

This will be the plan. The left cannot possibly fathom four more years of President Trump (I so love to write those two words together as often as I can because they trigger the libs so) followed by even the remotest possibility that Nickie Haley become the first female president by succeeding President Trump.

Look you might like Nimrata Haley, but many of us do not. It does not make us deep staters or anything else.
She is against the wall. She pushed the Russia narrative. She is a hawk like Bolton. She is all in for civil war monument removal and arguably got the ball rolling. She called for Trump to release his tax records. She pushed the Assad gas attack scam from the white helmets. She has championed homos in Chechnya, and moslems in Myanmar. She is tight with Mitt, and supported Rubio.
Nimrata is the very essence of “deep state”. Not the people on FR who are not fooled.
Being against Haley is not exactly an indication of being liberal. LOL
He also warned about academia and their growing close relationship with government.
