The original recipe from James Bond creator Ian Fleming called for three ounces of Gordon’s gin, One ounce of Russian vodka, and a half ounce of Kina Lillet.

Considering the alcohols required for this drink don’t exist anymore, I have found that this is the best substitute:

Three ounces of Bombay Sapphire Gin
One ounce of Crystal Head Vodka
(Thank you Dan Aykroyd)
One half ounce of Cocci Americano

Peel the complete skin from a large lemon, and curl it tight and drop it into the glass that your martini will go into.

After mixing it all, chilling it (Stir, NOT shaken) in the ice cubes, pour it into your glass with the lemon peel.
As you do so, the lemon peel will open like a yellow rose.

Drink it quickly, and don’t have too many of them.

;-)

(Please share this recipe with your closest friends. They’ll appreciate it.)

More importantly, what is the recommended minimum per hour while watching a bunch of nutjob socialists debate?
