According to the politician, Hunter Biden was paid by laundered money for his services for Ukraine's Burisma Holdings energy company
IEV, November 20. /TASS/. The Ukrainian Office of the Prosecutor General has drawn up an indictment against the owner of the Burisma Holdings energy company, ex-Ecology Minister Nikolai Zlochevsky, that contains information that the son of former US Vice President Joe Biden, Hunter, as a Burisma board member along with his partners received $16.5 million for their services, Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada MP from the ruling Servant of the People party Alexander Dubinsky told a press conference on Wednesday, citing the investigation’s materials. According to him, the money came from duplicitous criminal activity.
"Zlochevsky was charged with this new accusation by the Office of the Prosecutor General but the press ignored it," the MP said. "It was issued on November 14."
According to the politician, "the son of Vice-President Joe Biden was receiving payment for his services, with money raised through criminal means and money laundering." He also clarified that "Biden received money that did not come from the company’s successful operation but rather from money stolen from citizens."
Dubinsky stressed that the information on Hunter Biden’s income under his contract with Burisma is a "link that reveals how money is siphoned [from Ukraine]."
The MP explained that this information makes up a part of a large-scale scheme of Zlochevsky’s money laundering that involved politicians from the time of ex-President Viktor Yanukovich who continued this scheme under another (now former) President Pyotr Poroshenko, with the backing of former Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine Valeria Gontareva.
"We will reveal the information about the financial pyramid scheme that was created in Ukraine and developed by everyone beginning with Yanukovich and later by Poroshenko. This system is still working under the guidance of the current managerial board of the National Bank, ensuring that money flows in the interest of people who stole millions of dollars, took it offshore and bought Ukrainian public bonds turning them into the Ukrainian sovereign debt," Dubinksy claimed. He then added that "in both cases of Yanukovich and Poroshenko, Ms. Gontareva and companies she controls were investing the stolen funds."
Another Verkhovna Rada MP, Andrei Derkach, claimed that the US Franklin Templeton Investments management company was also involved in the scheme. "The investigation suggests that the Yanukovichs illegally obtained $7.4 billion and laundered it through an investment fund close to the US Democratic Party as government domestic loan bonds," he pointed out.
Dubisky stressed that through the implementation of this scheme Ukraine has money siphoned from it with high interest rates — "40% of the state budget is spent on the debt service." "This amount — 440 billion hryvnia [around $18.18 billion — TASS] in the end of 2020 — is the last step towards a default and then Ukraine will go bankrupt either by the end of 2020 or the beginning of 2021," he concluded. Washington was recently rocked by a political scandal surrounding Hunter Biden’s history of working in the Ukrainian company. According to US media outlets, members of the current Trump administration were attempting to dig up dirt on Biden in Ukraine and, therefore, harm Joe Biden’s chances to be nominated as a potential Democrat contender for the 2020 presidential campaign. US Democrats accused Trump of soliciting assistance from Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, urging him to reopen investigations into the Burisma company, and launched an impeachment inquiry against the White House occupant. These developments prompted the White House to publicize the contents of Trump’s talks with Zelensky. It turned out that the US leader did not put forward direct demands, however, the issue itself was mentioned and discussed.
Earlier, former Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko announced that Hunter Biden received around $1 million from Burisma.

The investment firm is Franklin Templeton. Run by a big Obama donor. Also one of the largest investors in Franklin Templeton was a former Obama NSA head. I forget his name but I posted it earlier.
Basically I think Burisma was funneling illegally obtained money through Franklin Templeton. Then sinking it into Ukrainian debt bonds. Thereby siphoning it off of the Ukrainian government and citizens.
Something like that.

PLEASE impeach the president so we can subpoena Hunter and some Ukranian officials about all of this. It will make for GLORIOUS TV ratings.
I think this is very big and goes way beyond Hunter Biden. Ukrainian MPs are saying that Biden simply provided a clear path for them to follow how the siphoning scheme worked.
They link Franklin Templeton to the Democrat party and name a former Obama NSA as well.

BREAKING: Owner of Burisma INDICTED by Ukraine, Obama’s Former National Security Advisor Implicated
Nov 20, 2019 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian members of parliament have demanded the presidents of Ukraine and the United States, Volodymyr Zelensky and Donald Trump, investigate suspicions of the legalization of $7.4 billion by the “family” of ex-President Viktor Yanukovych through the American investment fund Franklin Templeton Investments, which they said has ties to the U.S. Democratic Party.
At a press conference at the Interfax-Ukraine agency on Wednesday, MP Andriy Derkach announced that deputies have received new materials from investigative journalists about international corruption and the participation of Ukrainian officials in it.
“Last week, November 14, the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO), unnoticed by the media, announced a new suspicion to the notorious owner of Burisma, ex-Ecology Minister Zlochevsky. According to the suspicion, the Yanukovych family is suspected, in particular, with legalizing (laundering) of criminally obtained income through Franklin Templeton Investments, an investment fund carrying out purchases of external government loan bonds totaling $7.4 billion,” Derkach said.
With reference to the investigation, he emphasized: it was money criminally obtained by the “family” of Yanukovychand invested in the purchase of Ukrainian debt in 2013-2014.
For his part, MP Oleksandr Dubinsky from the Servant of the People faction said that according to investigators, “the Yanukovych ‘family’ illegally obtained $7.4 billion and laundered the funds through an investment fund close to some representatives of the U.S. Democratic Party in the form of external government loan bonds.”
Meanwhile, Derkach said that several facts indicate Franklin Templeton Investments’ relationship with the U.S. Democratic Party.

“The son of Templeton’s founder, John Templeton Jr., was one of President Obama’s major campaign donors. Another fund-related character is Thomas Donilon. Managing Director of BlackRock Investment Institute, shareholder Franklin Templeton Investments, which has the largest share in the fund. It is noteworthy that he previously was Obama’s national security advisor,”Derkach said.
The MP said that the presidents of Ukraine and the United States should combine the efforts of the two countries to establish facts of corruption and money laundering with the participation of citizens of both countries.
Derkach also announced the amount of money transferred to representatives of the Burisma Group, including Hunter Biden. According to documents, in general, in favor of Hunter Biden, Alexander Kwasniewski, Alan Apter and Devon Archer, Burisma paid about $16.5 million.
According to Derkach, ex-Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin repeatedly appealed to the NABU Director Artem Sytnyk in the framework of criminal proceedings for Burisma, but constantly received formal responses. The activities of Shokin, according to the MP, irritated then U.S. Vice President Joe Biden during his fifth visit to Kyiv in two years. The visit on December 7-8, 2015, was devoted to solving the issue of Shokin’s resignation for the affairs of Zlochevsky and Burisma, he said.\
“The subject of pressure was the $1 billion credit guarantee that the United States should have provided to Ukraine: Biden himself acknowledged the pressure in his speech to the U.S. Foreign Relations Council in January 2018,” Derkach said.

This basically tells the world that there’s no reason for the Democrats to be pushing ahead with the impeachment hearings. Why? The US and Ukraine treaty allows for the two countries to work together on criminal matters. Dig on that one, corrupt media suckers.

Ironically, Rudy claimed about a week or ten days ago that something huge was coming up he didn't say what at the time. I'm guessing it was probably the 16.5 of laundered money given to Hunter by Burisma.This is probably it what he referred to. We are just getting into it. Much more to come out I'm pretty sure.
