f you thought there weren’t any major elections until the Iowa caucuses on Feb. 3, guess again. On Saturday, Louisiana will choose between incumbent Democratic Gov. John Bel Edwards and Republican businessman Eddie Rispone for governor. And the race down in the Bayou looks increasingly close, so it’s an open question whether Edwards can once again overcome Louisiana’s deep red hue to win reelection. Here’s where things stand heading into Election Day.

Part of a routine visit -used by the anti-Trump press to insert a false narrative of maybe Trump is ill - using no sources.

Thanks.

If you want a little more info of how bad Jindal’s popularity had sunk, this article gives you an idea. Basically, by his last year in office he was down to a 20% approval rating, which was one of the major reasons John Bel Edwards won in the first place.

Take a look through the “concerned” one’s posting history. There is a pattern of selecting the most negative propaganda and being “concerned” about it. Of note is the inordinate amount of attention paid to libtards on Twitter.

you mean when I post breaking news and info that you don’t like? That you are going to hear about very soon anyway.... but I try to give everyone here a heads up as soon as I see it

it is called discussing current events ...

We think alike!!! That is why he understands the common Joes & Janes, so well!!! I loved “The Donald” before he was POTUS and I will love & support him always!!!

Definitely not going to be a win for the R unless something drastic were to be outstanding which I would doubt.

The leftist propagandist media have smeared PDJT and Republicans so badly that people are starting to believe it. Maybe when some arrest, including the media, people will wake up and see they’ve been lied to. Horowitz Durham need to drop that bomb. If they don’t like many here fear, our nation is in grave danger. Pray for justice.

There was a priest praying over Edwards (acceptance speech) and then all the baby aborterers on stage with the priest and Edwards crossed themselves and said amen. Truly nauseating, truly sickening.

“Hey, we won, let’s go abort some more babies! WHEEE!”

O.M.G.

Just sickening. Unbelievable.

It’s not voter fraud. Secretary of State Kyle Ardoin, who was reelected, oversees elections and is outspoken against fraudulent practices. It’s Republican voters too preoccupied to cast early votes or to show up on election day.

Whose idea was it to hold an election on the Saturday when LSU is playing a football game in Oxford, Mississippi, against Ole Miss?

Did they really think the LSU folks would stop and vote on their way to Oxford? Or was this planned exactly as the Louisiana Democrat Party wanted it to be?

Sorry, I’m just home from work and haven’t read through this entire thread yet. Someone might have already discussed the Saturday issue. Just can’t believe they would have an election on a day when LSU is playing football — especially an out of state game!

Are you serious? I've read this in a few other posts here. Louisiana GOP voters just didn't bother to come out and vote, or cast early votes??

Also, did today's LSU away game have anything to do with the voter apathy?

They have early voting in LA. Any voter going to the football
game had plenty of time to vote if they wanted to.

Nov. 16, 2019
Gubernatorial General Election
Early voting is Nov. 2-9 (except Sunday, Nov. 3) from 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
