To my mind the only question left is whether or not Flynn has been in on this all along.
I almost hope he has been, because if he hasn’t...I don’t know how in heck he gets redress for what’s been done to him and his family.
His attorney said in a brief his previous law firm should have recused when the government wanted to charge Flynn with FARA violations unless he pleaded guilty to false statements. What ever happens to him, he might have a pretty good chance of getting his money back from the first law firm..
I hope Flynn has been in on this all along for a different reason. If he hasn’t been, then he really comes across as a moron in this case.
