Beshear now 30,000 ahead with 86% in. Bevin is doomed.
Dirty Rats!
The boonies will rally for Bevin. Will it be enough?
Sod off, Eeyore. The rest of the votes ALL went GOP. Therefore it’s personal to Bevin.
Then why is the rest of the rest of GOP slate getting easily re-elected? Party also picked up the AG tonight.
State Auditor - Republican Mike Harmon Wins (Republican hold)
Agreed. Rural counties wont make up that gap.
Sadly, you are right. I didn’t believe that the permanent-PMS suburban skank vote in the suburbs would be enough to topple Bevin, but it is, just like we saw nationwide in 2018.
Never discount voter motivation based on a campaign of lies and hate — it worked very well for the Democrats in 2018 and it will be their road to success in the future as well unless turnout among the patriotic voters of this country goes through the roof too.
if the people of Kentucky put a Democrat in Office, they deserve everything he does to them.
What will he be able to do? Won’t there be a Republican majority in the KY House/Senate?
Bad canidate.
Bevin is starting to close the gap. We’ll see if it’s enough this late in the game.
KY voters nearly always choose Democrat governors. Bevin is now a one-term exception to the rule.
Right - I don’t see how there is enough vote left for Bevin to make up 30,000 votes.
GOP won big tonight. Only Bevin lost his race and enough people were ticked off to vote against him.
They voted for Beshear and went down ballot GOP.
You’re an idiot too if you think I’m a negative troll around here. I wondered why Trump’s name wasn’t helping Bevin more. It’s helped everywhere else.
Boy used to be we had conversations here
That is a win!
It would be interesting to see if the public employee vote ticket-split...
Looks like GOP won big on everything down ballot.
Attorney General - Republican Daniel Cameron Wins (Republican GAIN!)
