If it were so great an investment, why did the state, rather than a private investor, have to pony up cash?

Bevins lead drops to a margin of just 2.1% after a large chunk of Louisville votes were tallied. Still waiting on Fayette to release more of their results

dont know, bashear got 20,000 more votes in Fayette than last election, won it by 37k this time, won it by around 11k last time. if Jefferson does this, could be bad or very close
