I have witnessed every riot from the 60’s on. I saw the foolishness after Hurricane Katrina firsthand.
It has never been any other folks, except the Negroes, that have done all the burning and looting. I have lived in 5 different towns in 5 different states, and it has always been the same.
there is a lot being made about parents giving the “talk” about how to behave around police so as not to get shot... when i went to baltimore City public school, my parents didn’t give me a talk, but i wish they would have... that some students will throw food on you because you are white; blindside you in the hallway with a textbook to the head; surround you and kick at you until you are forced to fight; turn a fire extinguisher on you; throw a basketball into your diaphram because you dare to cover him; disrespecting someone by not stepping aside to let them walk by...

About 30 years ago, a buddy and I bought a rental house in Detroit for $2,000. It came with tenants. Structurally sound and aesthetically ugly.
At about that time I had just gotten married and we were starting to look for a house. I came across an awesome house in Detroit. It was about 3,000 sq ft. Perfect in every way with modern HVAC etc. $35,000 was the asking price. At that time, had they moved the house 3 blocks to Grosse Pointe, it would have been over $200,000

Just another one of the ‘Big Lies’. White flight had nothing to do with racism (except, maybe, racism on the part of the Democrats). The so called White Flight was to escape from bussing of children. Liberals declared that the major cause of racially segregated schools was racism, so therefore children must be bussed from the suburbs to the inner cities. This bussing was based solely on skin color. Some would call that Democraat racism. Children ho lived within walking distance from their neighborhood schools were instead bussed, sometimes for an hour each way, to schools in the city. The parents had no choice but to leave. Detroit, for instance, lost 2/3 of its residents, and it has never recovered.
