Why is she a victim if whites move out but whites aren’t victims if she moves in? Both sides have the right to live where they want, if property values plummet then blame the people who move in, not the ones who left.

Blah, blah, blah. There are some hard statistics that no one considers in this argument. They are simple. Blacks are 12% of the US population. Excluding race, the demographics for US single family home ownership tend to skew towards married couples with children living in suburbia.
A perfect dispersion based on population is roughly 1 out of 10 houses would be black occupied. Adjusting for typical homeowner demographics it may be as low as 1 out of 20.
Once enough neighborhoods go over the average there will be whole swathes of the country with neighborhoods with no blacks.
Does MOo want to assure that no neighborhood ever has more than 1/10 black residents?

Why did she and Barack purchase a home in a white neighborhood??? Are they subconsciously admitting that black neighborhoods are undesirable due to violence and crime? There must have been something which drew them into a white neighborhood.

He dated a young black woman named Lisa (left eye) Lopes. So Bad Moon and Left Eye were an item. At The County Club of the South no less. Moving on up I guess.
So they got into a little spat and Left Eye burned Bad Moon’s mansion down. I’m sure the elites at The Country Club of the South didn’t appreciate it. But what can you do?

Her Mom wanted access to better schools. Why would she move and put her kids in a majority white school. Was something wrong with the black schools ?
She said when they moved to the mainly white neighborhood there were no gang fights or territorial battles. I wonder in which communities you’d find gang fights and territorial battles ?
She said the whites leaving left communities in shambles.
Why ? If other people moved in (non whites) why was your community suddenly in shambles ?
Maybe all your problems and gripes have to do with the black community and not your blame of white people not sticking around to fight for you.
I don’t know about the ‘running’ part but folks in my area tend to avoid folks that don’t like them much.
