Impeachment in House does not remove the president from office. It is purely a political theater. I am sure you are smart enough to realize why democRats are itching to impeach Trump in the only branch of government they control...the House of Reps. The obvious answer is they are convinced they can’t defeat Trump in November 2020 election.
So after Trump is impeached in the House, the trial to remove him in senate is what really counts. We have a recent example of BJC being impeached by the House but NOT removed from office by the senate. And what followed after that? Republicans got spanked at the ballot box in the election which followed. And Clinton became even more popular.

This is how the DemonCRAPs work. Like the old Soviet Union, they are the Kangaroo Court of justice. The Duke University players were convicted without the truth, Kavanaugh was convicted without the truth, the Covington kids were convicted without the truth and President Trump now is being convicted without the truth. If they would have their way, they would have Americans lynched like the old Democrat KKK thugs did in the south. This mindset has been going on way too long and it is entrenched in the Demoncraps.
