I believe “Democratic” is a poorly chosen word. They are Democrats. It’s a name. Not a descriptive term. They aren’t democratic at all.

Yup. Democrats are only interested in democracy when they know they’ll win. Authoritarianism otherwise.

Democratic is just a euphemism for communist. As in:
German Democratic Republic
Democratic Republic of the Congo
“democratic centralism”

So “Democratic establishment” describes them to a tee.
