They did. But Walker shares some blame here. His presidential run was too premature, he simply wasn't ready, and he had already been in 3 elections beforehand.

But I'm not worried. Evers is simply a figurehead. The WI legislature is firmly in GOP hands and Evers is in his late 60s and has no political future so he's basically just an asterisk until we retake the Governorship in 2022.
