The shotgun and the 10/22 are good. You can keep the handguns. Never liked them, even when I had to carry one in combat.
I’ll take a nice 30-30 lever action instead.
I was just thinking to myself. What would I do if I heard someone breaking down my door. I had always just assumed I would grab the short barreled pump.
You know what? It would be one of the Brownings. Just so much easier to handle. If I were 50 years younger it probably would be the pump.
Since this thread is about home defense I might recommend a lever action in 44 Magnum instead.
Which is still a very nice deer rifle I might add.
