I can't envision the Sheriff of Polk County Arkansas doing this either. I would guess that there are many county sheriffs' in his home state of Texas that would find this idea unconstitutional and non comply. This guy needs is a perfect example of why we need a Baker Act.
Don’t sweat it, there are plenty of feds who will detain the sheriff and take care of rounding up the guns.
It’d almost be worth letting Beto play president for a couple of weeks to watch him get pissy when folks didn’t comply with his demands. But, since he couldn’t be elected as a men’s room attendant, I guess I’ll just have to settle for four more years of DJT.
